Karate – Okinawan Kobudo

Okinawan Kobudo is a traditional martial art from Okinawa, Japan that focuses on using various weapons for self-defense. “Kobudo” translates to “ancient martial way,” and it encompasses the practice and techniques of weapons such as the bo staff, sai, tonfa, and nunchaku. Ultimately, it’s not about memorizing the movements. It’s about understanding when, where, how, and why to use them. Kobudo takes a moment to learn – but a lifetime to master.
