With over 22 unique parks and six premier indoor facilities plus eight fire station community rooms we provide the perfect backdrop for recreation and community events. We offer an extensive lineup of programs designed for every age and interest, committed to promoting well-being and community connection. Youth can build skills and friendships through our diverse Instructional Classes (like Gymnastics, Karate, and Dance and more). To rent a pavilion, please call our office at 770-924-7768 to check availability and to reserve over the phone. You will then have a week to come in to pay for the pavilion and sign the lease agreement.
Yes, dogs are allowed at county parks as long as they are on a 6-foot leash but they are not allowed on the athletic fields. Pawtriots Park is an off-leash dog area at Patriots Park with areas for small and large dogs.
We offer youth basketball, lacrosse, softball, flag football, swim, and volleyball. Find all the information on our youth sports programs as well as other youth associations online.
