Year-Round Water Aerobics Classes! Shallow vs. Deep Water Aerobics: Which One is Right for You? Both shallow and deep-water aerobics offer a fun, full-body workout, but each has unique benefits!

Shallow Water Aerobics

Recreational Pool: 8:00 am-8:50 am

  • Performed in waist-to-chest-deep water
  • Weight-bearing exercise that strengthens bones & improves balance
  • Easier to maintain stability—great for beginners
  • Low-impact but still offers resistance for muscle toning

Best for: Those looking for a mix of cardio, strength, and stability training with gentle joint impact.
