The Natural Resources Division proudly offers a dynamic lineup of Outdoor Recreation Camps designed to connect youth and teens with nature through hands-on learning and outdoor adventure. Our camps build confidence, leadership skills, environmental awareness, and a lifelong appreciation for the outdoors — all while having fun.

Fishing Camp

Young anglers will get hooked on the sport of fishing during this experience. Due to the popularity of this camp, participants are allowed to register for only one Fishing Camp session per summer. Bring your own lunch, snacks, drinks, and sunscreen.
Date: Week 1: June 1 – 5 | Week 2: June 15 – 19
Time: 9:00am – 4:00pm
Cost: $225 per week for residents, $255 per week for non-residents

Outdoor Spring Break Camp

April 6-10, 2026

Enjoy a week with fun-filled outdoor activities. Camp activities will include hiking, archery, fishing, kayaking, and climbing. All equipment is included. Bring your own lunch, snacks, and drinks.This camp will be for kids 9-13 that are interested in taking on outdoor and adventure-based activities over Spring Break!! We will have a fun filled week planned for the campers! Some activities will include a level of strength, coordination, and endurance. Some of the tentative activities will include hiking, kayaking, and fishing. Campers should bring lunch, water, and sunscreen daily.

Waterlogged Camp

Week 2: July 6 – 10 – Woodstock at The WREC

Time: 9:00am – 4:00pm
Cost: $275 per week for residents, $305 per week for non-residents
