There is a 4-hour minimum to rent Union Hill.
The main room is 1,872 sq. ft. and the side room is 640 sq. ft. The maximum capacity is 250.
Fees:
$50 an hour, Monday - Thursday.
$100 an hour, Friday - Sunday.
There is a refundable $300 security deposit due at the time of final payment.

Monday - Thursday 8:00 am - 8:00 pm
Friday - Saturday 8:00 am - 11:00 pm
Sunday 1:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Not available to rent on county observed holidays.
*No nails or heavy duty tape when decorating. Command strips are a great alternative.
